Since "1990. Original shop was in
Redmond WA. I moved to a 97 year old Granary mill in Kent, WA in
1995 and opened a 7000 sqft Shop, R&D facility and temporary
living quarters ( I still maintain that space to this day and
its where all current products are built.)
Following capitalization in 1996,
I opened a 22,000 sq ft factory in Seattle on Aloha St for 1
year while waiting for the multi story shop on 24th Ave W in the
Magnolia district to be retro fit. In 2002, following the sale
of my patents, I closed the Magnolia shop and returned to Kent ,
WA where I currently run a small pro and custom shop.

have a foil sticker on the hoops starting with the letters "AJ"
Latter kits can be ID'd by shell stamps that indiciate which

Bosphorous

Bosphorus Cymbals is owned by
three master cymbal smiths: Hasan Seker, Ibrahim Yakici and
Hasan Ozdemir who have been making cymbals by hand since they
were in their teens. The name of their company is Bogazici Zil,
which is Turkish for Bosphorus Cymbals. They ar ehand made
in in Istanbul, Turkey. Bosphorous does not make
cymbals for any other company or market cymbals under any other
