HH Electronic

H&H (Harrison & Hill) Also known as H&H Acoustics and H&H Electronics. A British company that made some fine SS amplifiers (both PA and guitar) in the 70's and early 80's. In 80's the company bankrupted due to failed attempt to develop a "music computer" and was sold to Carlsbro. [Source: SSGuitar ]  Following sale to Carlsbo the compay moved to Kirby (UK) where they continued to make solid state amps and speakers for a bout 5 years.  Then purchased by Russian consortium. "The first H&K guitar amplifier, the AS 64 was built in 1985 and then officially launched in 1986.
Serial number coding system. Since 2005 the manufacturing date is also written on a sticker on the rear panel.
Since 2002 we run an ACCESS data base which helps us to track every serial number back to the date of manufacture. Everybody in our comapony has access to this data base - easy.
